We got notified by one of our visitors that the Infantry Mod 2 was mentioned in the Gamespy Daily newsletter of December 22nd.
Unfortunately, the readme in the mentioned file (beta 0.9.7) contains a little error.

The readme says that, in order to get a shortcut directly to the mod, you have to put [code]+modPath/infantry[/code] in the target field. It should be [code]+modPath mods/infantry[/code]. Our apologies for this mistake.
You should also be aware that the file has to be extracted to the mods directory, and that this will cause an infantry directory to be created, if everything goes well.
